Terms and Conditions for the "Win 2 Eurostar Tickets" Competition.

1. Competition Organiser This competition is organized by Climate Perks (“Organiser”). By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants must send the provided email template (or a modified version) to their friends or family who may be interested in Climate Perks.

  • Participants must include the Organiser’s email address (hello@climateperks.com) in the email, either as a recipient to the email, or as a carbon copy (CC) or blind carbon copy (BCC).

  • Each email sent to a unique recipient counts as one entry into the competition.

  • Recipients must work or volunteer for an organisation that might reasonably be expected to be interested in implementing Climate Perks.

  • Multiple entries are allowed. For example, emailing 5 unique recipients results in 5 entries, 10 unique recipients results in 10 entries, 50 unique recipients results in 50 entries, and so on.

4. Entry Period

  • The competition opens on January 31 2025 at 00:01 (GMT) and closes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on Friday, March 28, 2025.

  • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prize

  • The prize consists of two return Eurostar tickets to one of the following destinations: Paris, Brussels, or Lille.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

  • The winner is responsible for any additional expenses, including but not limited to accommodation, travel insurance, and personal spending money.

6. Selection of Winner

  • The winner will be selected through a random draw conducted by the Organiser on Monday, March 31, 2025.

  • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification of Winner

  • The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the draw date.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of the notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner through another random draw.

8. Data Protection

  • By entering the competition, participants consent to the Organiser collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition.

  • Participants’ data will not be shared with third parties.

9. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Organiser to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the competition without additional compensation.

10. General

  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • The Organiser’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

11. Liability

  • The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical, communication, or other errors.

  • The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused as a result of participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence of the Organiser.

12. Governing Law

  • This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
